I’m so excited to announce we’re starting phase 2!!! 2 days in, life got a little complicated for a few days so we haven’t weighed in but I will be sure to update soon! Thanks everyone!


Sorry for the hold up. My poor baby girl has been so sick! I ask that you keep her in your hearts and prayers! On another note we’ve started the 2nd phase!!! Got some MNS 3 and still drinking my spark!!! We’re 2 days in, can’t wait to see what results we get.


Its always I good thing to know what to eat when you are changing your lifestyle!

So as you know…I’ve been trying to take off that extra poundage I’ve found lately.

The month of August has been a success.

I’ve lost 4 pounds.

I know that doesn’t seem like a lot. But for a person with my BMI it is!

I had been unhappy with how little I’ve lost.

Until people started to ask: “have you lost weight?”

I would just brush it off…and say not really.

BUT…

Come on Natasha- 4 pounds is really good!

Be Proud!

A healthy BMI for a female of my height:

18.5-24.9

Even with the extra poundage.. I was at a healthy BMI of 23.9

With four pounds lost I am now at:

23.2

They say that healthy weight loss is between 1-2 pounds a week.

I did 1 pound a week.

50 Double Unders
30 Overhead Plate Lunge (20kg)
20 Burpees
